I’m a seasoned creative leader with 15 years of experience across B2C and B2B marketing and advertising—spanning broadcast, online video, social, digital, and traditional channels. With a foundation in art direction and design, my strengths lie in building creative teams, leading concept development, and crafting visual communication that connects.
I love collaborating with agency and client partners to deliver work that not only hits KPIs but actually resonates. Over the years, I’ve learned that great creative only happens in environments built on trust, transparency, a growth mindset, and a shared pursuit of excellence.
I hold a BFA in Visual Communication from the University of Texas at Arlington and currently run Irwin Collective, a strategic creative studio. We help marketing mavericks in boring industries un-bland their brands to reflect who they truly are and how they make customers feel.
Outside of work, I’m a husband, dad, cyclist, and musician—usually making noise on drums, guitar, or whatever’s nearby. I don’t take life too seriously, but I do bring passion to everything I do—whether it’s parenting, pedaling, or pushing creative forward.
